Seth Warren

Seth has been in the financial services industry since 2009. He brings extensive experience in leadership, coaching, consulting, management, strategy, finance, recruiting, and individual and business development. Throughout his career, he has focused on helping advisors grow their practices, strengthen their foundations, and achieve long-term success. Seth specializes in advisor coaching and development, business growth strategies, leadership, practice management, and consulting. Seth enjoys spending time with his wife, Alyssa, and their three children. He is passionate about growing his faith and studying the Bible. In his free time, he enjoys reading, playing complex strategy games, fishing year-round, hiking, and traveling.

Kim Korson
Coach & Consultant
Kim has been in the financial services industry since 1997 and joined WiseBranch in early 2024. She brings her nearly three decades of experience spanning financial services, human resources, operations, management, advisor support, and individual and business development to WiseBranch. Kim has served as a financial advisor and OSJ RP delegate and has a proven track record of driving growth and operational efficiency, including helping a previous firm grow from $200 million to $1 billion in assets under management. Kim specializes in operations leadership, practice management, business development, advisor support, process improvement, and organizational growth. In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking with her husband, Perry, practicing and teaching yoga, reading and studying, cooking, gardening, traveling, and meditation. She is also a certified yoga instructor and founder of Playful Focus Yoga.

Aaron McPherson

Aaron McPherson has been in the industry since 2009 . Aaron brings a coaching-focused approach and community-centered perspective to his role with WiseBranch, specializing in coaching, leadership development, team building, advisor support, and helping others achieve personal and professional growth. Aaron lives in Minnesota with his wife, Sarah, and their three children. He is passionate about youth sports and community involvement and believes coaching is his calling, both personally and professionally. He coaches multiple teams and serves as Director of Coach Development for his community basketball program. His family also includes two dogs and three cats and have ambitions of one day running an animal rescue or hobby farm.

Laura Hott

Laura began her career in the financial services industry in 2010 and has more than a decade of experience partnering with advisors and business owners to drive growth and business success. Throughout her career, Laura has held a variety of leadership positions, working closely with advisors and business owners to align their vision, strengths, and strategic goals. Her leadership experience also includes more than a decade of service as Chief Financial Officer for a local nonprofit, where she championed financial stewardship and mission-driven fiscal discipline. Laura specializes in leadership, business growth strategy, advisor coaching and development, financial management, and helping businesses align their strengths and vision to achieve meaningful growth. Laura lives in Minnesota with her husband, Carl, and their three children. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, especially fishing, soccer, and time at the cabin. She is also passionate about fiscal advocacy and making a positive impact in her community.

Susan Eckdahl
Human Resources Director & Operations Specialist
Susan has been part of the WiseBranch team since 2007, building her career in financial services and operations management through progressive leadership roles. Susan began her tenure as an administrative assistant and, through her dedication and strong work ethic, advanced to the role of Operations Manager. Over nearly two decades, she has developed extensive experience supporting advisors and their teams, building strong relationships, and ensuring operational excellence. Susan specializes in operations management, advisor support, team coordination, relationship building, and practice operations. Outside of WiseBranch, Susan enjoys spending time with her two adult children, seven grandchildren, friends, and extended family. She is passionate about growing her faith in God and living out her faith in everyday life. In her free time, she enjoys attending her grandchildren’s hockey, baseball, and softball games, reading, and encouraging her younger grandchildren as they develop a love of reading.

Claire Kellner
Senior Operations Coordinator
Claire has been part of the WiseBranch team since 2022. Prior to joining WiseBranch, she gained experience as a teacher, worked with various nonprofit organizations, and spent time as a stay-at-home parent. Claire is known for her strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail. She plays a key role in managing calendars, coordinating events, and supporting team operations, bringing both professionalism and a welcoming approach to her work. Claire specializes in calendar management, event coordination, administrative support, and operational organization. Claire lives with her husband, TJ, and their two children. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, hosting gatherings, spending time at the family cabin, and being outdoors during the summer months. She and her family also enjoy entertaining friends and family poolside and preparing home-cooked meals on the smoker.

Robyn Zafft
Operations Coordinator & Event Planner
Robyn joined WiseBranch in 2025, bringing nearly 10 years of experience in event planning and operational support. Her background experience includes private events, venue management, professional development trainings, and nonprofit events. Robyn supports the operations and events at WiseBranch, leveraging her detail-oriented approach and creative problem-solving skills. Her passion is planning purposeful & engaging experiences for all audiences and developing efficient systems and processes that help organizations operate with joy and efficiency. Robyn lives in the Twin Cities with her husband, Sam, their two young children, and a cat. Outside of work and family life, she enjoys baking, horror movies, fiber arts, and karaoke nights. Her greatest joy is gathering together with family and friends over a carefully crafted meal.
