With 15 years at Ameriprise, Seth Warren brings deep experience in guiding advisors toward growth and success. An Eagle Scout and former college swim team captain, he approaches business with the same discipline and dedication. He is passionate about helping practices strengthen their foundations and achieve long-term goals.

Seth and his wife, Alyssa, met during Ameriprise orientation and now enjoy raising their three children: Audra, a budding actress; Paige, a country music fan; and Thomas, a car enthusiast. His commitment to family mirrors the care he invests in every client relationship.

Kim Korson

Kim Korson joined WiseBranch in early 2024, bringing nearly three decades of experience in financial services, human resources, and operations. She has a proven track record of driving growth and efficiency, including helping her former firm expand from $200 million to $1 billion in assets under management.

Outside of work, Kim is a certified yoga instructor and founder of playful focus yoga. She enjoys traveling, meditation, and cooking meals inspired by her adventures.

Aaron McPherson

Aaron McPherson brings a coaching mindset and community focus to the WiseBranch team. He lives in Minnesota with his wife, Sarah, and their three children: Nate, Sam, and Lucy. He is active in youth sports, coaching multiple teams and serving as Director of Coach Development for his community basketball program.

Aaron believes coaching is his calling, both personally and professionally. At home, his family shares their space with two dogs and three cats, while Sarah works in HR Technology at Deloitte and dreams of running an animal rescue or hobby farm.

Laura Hott began her career in the financial industries in 2010 and has held a multitude of leadership positions, partnering closely with advisors and business owners to help them align their vision and strengths to achieve meaningful growth. She lives in Minnesota with her husband, Carl, and their three children, Elle, Oliver & Arlo. Their family thrives in the outdoors; fishing, soccer and cabin time are their favorites.

Laura's leadership is shaped by a passion for fiscal advocacy and community impact, underscored b more than a decade of service as CFO for a local nonprofit, where she championed stewardship and mission-driven financial discipline.

Susan Eckdahl
Human Resources Director & Operations Specialist
For nearly two decades, Susan Eckdahl has been an integral part of WiseBranch. Starting as an administrative assistant, her hard work and dedication led her to grow into the role of Operations Manager. She thrives on connecting with advisors and their teams, supporting them with both skill and care.

Outside of work, Susan cherishes time with her two adult children and seven grandchildren. She can often be found in the stands at hockey, baseball, softball games, or curled up with a book, encouraging her youngest grandchildren as they learn to read. Her faith is a guiding influence, shaping her commitment to both her work and her family.​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Claire Kellner
Operations Senior Coordinator
Since joining WiseBranch in May 2022, Claire Kellner has become an indispensable part of the team. Known for her precision in managing calendars and events, she brings reliability and warmth to her role.

At home, Claire and her husband, TJ, are raising their two boys, Rory and Peyton. The family loves entertaining poolside complete with delicious home cooked meals straight off the smoker.

Robyn Zafft
Operations Coordinator & Event Planner
Robyn Zafft supports the operations and events at WiseBranch, drawing on her detail-oriented and creative problem-solving skills stemming from 5+ years of event planning experience for public and personal events, professional develoment trainings, and non-profit organizations. She is passionate about designing meaningful and impactful experiences for all audiences and keeping operations systems running smoothly with efficiency and joy.
Robyn lives in South St. Paul with her husband, Sam, their daughter, Lucy, and their cat, Zambezi. She enjoys horror movies, fiber arts, and karaoke nights.​​​​
